i'm not much of a shawarma fan, except for this one particular shawarma in project 4. it used to be located at glori's/ champion with a brand name called "roast beef". ganda ng branding diba! ang hirap hanapin! hehe. anyway, since itong glori's/ champion ay laging nalulugi at nagsasara, nawala na ring bigla si "roast beef". :(recently though, it seems that all glori's/ champion were bought by SM, and now transformed it to their cheaper supermarket called 'save more'. lo and behold, bigla ring lumitaw si shawarma, pero stall na lang sya na maliit, pero may brand name na! it is now called "brother's" shawarma. parang burger lang e 'no? :) i guarantee you, it's the best shawarma ever. may option ka pa ngayon if you want to add cheese! mmm... yummy. :) and the garlic sauce, never fails! yum!
