september 5, 2009: lose it!

lose it! is an iphone application i became obsessed about! it's actually just a calorie counter which computes your everyday calorie intake. it actually helps you set a daily calorie target intake so you will reach your desired weight at a specific date. in my case, i was targeting to lose 12 pounds by october 16, yassy and frankey's wedding with a limit of around 600 calories per day only. ugh. didn't quite hit that mark. with hun's birthday in september and when ondoy hit, my brothers stayed with us. feast everyday, i tell you. but still, this is a pretty neat weight loss tool. i lost 5 pounds, not bad.
